This took some patience to put together BUT once done it certainly adds a lot of whimsical cheer and a ton of light. I read some posts saying the light given from it was insufficient but I definitely disagree and plan to add a proper dimmer to it to create softness when required for dining. It’s like suspended art and I’m thrilled with it!

I purchased this item when it was on sale. It is BEAUTIFUL in person, pictures don’t do it justice. I hired an electrician to install it for me + I bought a medallion to put at the base to go with the room theme. Electrician had to go to the store to get additional hardware as he explains the fixture was poorly made…nonetheless I LOVE IT! Also took hours to assemble, but oh well. I noticed the original bulbs were SUPER dim, so I messaged the seller and they sent me the brightest replacement bulbs there is! Overall I am super happy with purchase & would recommend. PS, be super careful handling the glass bulb covers…they are fragile. I broke one, but I super glued it back together LOL

La lámpara luce espectacular. Llegaron 4 globos rotos. Recibí respuesta inmediata del vendedor y ya me enviaron rastreo de la reposición de los globos rotos los recibiré en unos días más.

Excelente calidad de la lámpara, se arma fácilmente, aunque si necesitas un poco de tiempo para hacerlo con calma, la lámpara esta súper bonita, y la atención al cliente por parte del vendedor fue genial (me hizo falta el adaptador para techo inclinado y una extension, porque quería mas larga la lámpara y ellos amablemente me facilitaron todo) quede encantada con la lámpara.

It is a beautiful chandelier, and was exceptionally packaged.We did have 2 issues with it though:1. one of the tubes was loose and couldn't be attached as easily as the other ones (they simply twist in). This one had to be twisted in while trying to access a piece inside the *small* center of light, which is next to impossible to do, and I have small hands. My husband was able to do it, but upon transport to our new home it popped off again. Ugh!2. one of the tube came off completely and we arent able to reconnect it.GOOD NEWS! is the manufacturer offered to send replacement parts, although after I sent pictures detailing the issue, they immediately refunded our order and told us not to send the item back. We will purchase a different Sputnik from Wayfair (pricer, but I need a new quality light asap for my electrician to install).
