I do not use it for a sled harness. I put it on back to front and attach it to a rack with a pulley for squats and calf raises. Its comfortable and allows me to do what i need. I have issues with my neck so squats with barbell on my shoukders not an option.

Perfect vest to train with kids and adults, it is strong and at the same time soft to the touch, solid stitching and great print also. love the way it can be fitted to your needs and also it does not become loose when in use. grate product overall

I have a belt style harness for pulling my weight sled but wanted to try this shoulder strap type. I don't like that my belt harness slips off my waist when I stop or am not pulling fast enough, so this harness is a great alternative to prevent that annoyance. There are some areas for improvement like adding more padding for heavy pulling so it doesn't dig into your shoulders and printing something a bit more inspiring for exercise on it instead of the ugly design options printed on these, but it's a adequately functional harness for a good price.

I am so happy I selected this sled harness to receive and review! My gym is huge and they have a big artificial turf zone, complete with a sled for sled pushes and pulls. Although it is challenging and sometimes fun to push the sled, pulling it can be a challenge, let alone with ropes or the gym's own harness that is worn out a bit and has seen better days. Having my own harness with its own distinct color pattern ensures people know its personal property, and I can use it all I want.This harness is extremely adjustable and I am able to wear it, along with letting my husband borrow it for when he does sled pulls. The harness is well padded and comfortable, making sled pulls a little easier on the body. The construction of this harness and the materials it is made of is very good quality and durable; this thing is tough and is built to last. Thanks to this harness, we have incorporated sled pulls into our weekly routine, and it has been great to have this gym accessory with us. I have already had quite a few gym goers stop and ask me where I got this harness from, and they want one of their own also. I would have liked the black and red camo design better, but that was not an option available at the time I selected this.Overall I am very pleased with the quality and durability of this sled harness, along with its comfort and how adjustable it is. It gets an easy 5 stars and I highly recommend it!
