In Deutschland nicht zu nutzen. Die 250g Butter passt von der breite nicht rein. Durchschneiden dann OK, aber das ist nicht Sinn und Zweck der Sache.

Nice and big so the butter doesn’t get all over the lid. Good seal and easy to open. Nice simple design, sturdy plastic construction. Easy to wash.

We have searching for the best butter dish that would meet our needs. Glad that we found this! Very convenient and practical way to store butter while keeping it fresh!Pros:Airtight Seal: Keeps butter fresh by preventing air and moisture from affecting it, whether stored on the countertop or in the fridge.Versatile Design: Suitable for both countertop use (to keep butter at room temperature) and fridge storage -- we usually store our butters in the fridge.Convenient Size: Holds a standard stick of butter, making it easy to access and use.Durable: Made from sturdy materials, often ceramic or plastic, which are easy to clean and maintain.Cons:Limited Capacity: The dish is designed for standard butter sticks, so it might not accommodate larger quantities or different shapes of butter. We had to slice our costco butters to fit in this dish. The other half is kept in the freezer.Bulky for Small Spaces: The airtight lid and storage can be a bit bulky for smaller kitchen spaces or cramped fridges. This is just perfect though in our fridge!NOTE: Be careful on handling them. The airtight seal is so good but sometimes we tend to hold them on the cover and the butter ended up falling in the fridge. Hold it at the base! - Always!

Bitte darauf achten, die Butter 1x durchschneiden sonst passt es nicht. Ist mehr für Butterstangen [USA] ausgelegt.Ist stabil und schließt dicht ab, durch Gummilippe.

I bought the 'European' shaped one, that takes a brick shaped block instead of an American style stick. My first impression was that it is too long, so it takes up more space than needed. Then I put a pack of butter in it and found the lid 'just' touches the butter. If they'd just added 3mm to the height it would have been better. As it is, I have to remember to scrape a mm or so off the top of the new brick when I put a fresh one in to stop the lid from being glued down when I next come to use it.

Die Butterdose ist viel zu schmal für die deutsche Buttergröße.Vielleicht passt es für die USA oder so.

Die Butterdose macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Leider passt keine 250g Pckg. Butter in die Dose.Selbst mit kunstvoll zuschneiden nicht.Ich habe den Artikel zurück geschrieben.

I researched tons of butter dishes! This butter dish is perfect for all of these reasons listed: (a) can leave butter on counter to soften (b) butter knife sits in a slot inside the dish so it won't fall out, get lost or get debris on it. No searching for the knife. No running out of knives in the drawer. (c) has a very nice tight seal. You can pick it up by the lid but I would not recommend it just to be safe. There's no reason to. It has nice handles. (d) the butter knife has a substantial size handle. I can wrap 4 fingers around it in a fist and still see handle. The handle is 3.5inches and the blade is almost 2-3/4in. (e) Fits in fridge door butter keeper and can close door flap (f) has side ramps to wipe off the excess butter and rest the knife (g) has no-slip feet so the dish stays in place (h) Has TBSP marks and slight recess for the butter to stay in place. The knife blade fits exactly across the recess so you cut fully across butter side to side without angling the knife. THE RECESS WILL FIT A 2inch wide stick of butter! I use American size butter, east coast, which is 1.25in. wide. You can technically fit two sticks, but they come up over the recess slightly. Finally, for anyone with finger neuropathy, the knife handle won't get too cold in the fridge. Came in a sturdy box, no damage. I wish I could show a picture. ***I reviewed the Butterie brand but their knife sits on the outside and slides around. has no ramps to wipe off butter. and the Huveo brand looks nice but the knife sits on top in a loose recess, and much shorter handle plus you have to remove the inside to wash it. The KITCHENDAO is simple and exceeded my expectations. Video was helpful.
