Servizio stra efficiente. Ho dovuto effettuare il reso del primo prodotto in quanto il congelatore non teneva congelato. Il venditore ha provveduto ad inviarmi un modulo di reso a titolo gratuito e spedirmi un frigo nuovo subito dopo. Hanno sempre risposto ai miei messaggi subito e hanno risolto brillantemente il problema. 10 + solo per il servizio

Wir haben den Kühlschrank jetzt seit zwei Jahren in unserem Ferienhaus in Betrieb. Soweit wir es beurteilen können, arbeitet er einwandfrei. Allerdings sind sämtliche Türablageflächefächer nacheinander ausgebrochen. Dies geschah bei normaler Nutzung. Sie sind einfach nicht stabil. Ich kenne das von keinem anderen Kühlschrank. Fassungslos bin ich allerdings, als ich feststellen musste, dass die Firma Klarstein keinerlei Ersatzteile für ihre Kühlschränke vorhält. Ich muss also versuchen, diese Türablagen bei Drittanbietern zu erwerben. Auch. Das wäre für mich noch gerade so akzeptabel. Ich hab allerdings keine Bezeichnung dieses Ersatzteil. Offenbar ist der Kühlschrank baugleich mit anderen Kühlschränken, die mir aber nicht bekannt sind. Von der Firma Klarstein gab es hierzu – auch auf Nachfrage – keinerlei Hilfe. Ich kann jedem nur davon abraten, einen solchen Kühlschrank zu kaufen.

Kam defekt an. Kontakt schwierig, da es sich um Drittanbieter handelt. Personal von Amazon selber hat sich sehr bemüht, dass die Abholung klappt

Attention aux dimensions erronées dans la fiche produit : le réfrigérateur fait 82 cm de haut exactement (et pas 80 cm !) sans la charnière de porte au dessus et 84 cm avec la charnière !Ça aurait été bien d’être un peu plus précis entre les dimensions sur les photos et celles dans la description qui ne correspondent pas. Car j’ai peu de hauteur sous mon plan de travail.Les pieds devant ne sont pas réglables ou alors quelques millimètres. Et une barre métallique derrière en guise de pied ne permet pas de descendre la hauteur.Enfin je suis déçue par la fermeture du compartiment freezer : vraiment cheap et très mal isolé (ça ne ferme pas complètement, ça se soulève juste). Je comprends mieux la mauvaise note sur la consommation d’énergie !Rapport qualité prix moyen.

Il frigo è bello e funzionale ma le guarnizioni non garantiscono una perfetta chiusura dell'anta. Inoltre è arrivato con due leggere ammaccature. Per fortuna entrambe sul lato posteriore. Avevo anche pensato di richiedere un rimborso parziale ma non l'ho più fatto.

This was the only fridge I can find that is slim enough to fit under counter. This was priority and had not really took notice of the poor reviews.Positives - Perfect fit, nice looking fridge. Plenty of room inside.Fridge reaches correct temperature.Negatives -Like other reviews the door came off on delivery and light wouldn’t go off when door closed. Door went back on ok but there is a part missing so light won’t go off on closing. Put a bit of foam in hole where part is missing (from packaging it came in). Problem solved - shouldn’t have to though, but given bad reviews this was easier than attempting an exchange.Bought a 4 pint bottle of milk today and door fell off due to the weight, have put it back on but this shouldn’t happen.Like other reviews - Freezer has frozen ice cubes, but has not reached the optimum freezer temperature on freezer gauge (not surprising as it’s not a sealed compartment open at top and bottom).Will keep this fridge as temporary in interim until get kitchen re-fitted.I was planning to buy the matching freezer, but will buy another brand now.

The door doesn't close properly at the top so the cold air comes out making it inefficient and it stops the freezer from freezing. It also means that the light is always on.Customer services say that they will not send someone to fix it, and if I want to exchange it they want me to cover part of the costs of returning it, as well as wait for weeks without a fridge rather than send the new fridge when the old one has been dispatched.Customer services originally refused to answer my questions and then when they did they said 'as we have said before', which they must have known is a lie. I appreciate that they are probably writing in a second language, but the poor level of English often made their responses difficult to understand.I would not buy another product from them.
