here's how it goes for me...>>i start my mesh bed level>>the bed heats up to 60C>>the machine boops the bed all over>>during the final 2 rows of boops the adhesive has become goopy and the sensor pretty much falls off the foam>>bed leveling is invalidatedthere are 2 adhesives: adhesive on the sensor & adhesive on the back of the foam pad.i couldn't tell you which adhesive is failing or if it's both. maybe there's a significant curing time? i don't know. but what i CAN tell you is that a bed level sensor with adhesive that liquefies near heated bed temperatures doesn't work.

This thing is awesome. Way less persnickety than piezo probes.Does a great job leveling. I mounted the pcb on the side of my delta's effector.Foam pads don't work well out of the box with revo nozzles. I cut away a portion of the foam so it sits up around the sock properly and it worked great. Will probably laser cut a custom foam pad in the near future.

It works well. So nice not having to worry about XY offsets and most the time there’s no Z offset needed.Dont pre-program a Z offset, you’ll need to test it each time because position will be slightly different on nozzle. Most times you can print without checking Z offset though and you’ll be fine.The lead is way too long for most printers and its kind of a pain that it doesnt come preconfigured for at least one type of printer/machine. You’ll have to finish wiring it up.Because movement shifts the pad during homing or leveling, the readings aren’t as consistent as other types of z sensors, but we’re only talking .02mm.

This works surprisingly well. I've tried a few methods and this one has a high level of success. My bed doesnt need to be re-leveled each print but the 1 in 30 prints that I do need to level the bed this works great. I'm using Marlin UBL and this probe and my first layers look great. I am about to order a second one of these and I recommend them. I'll be doing a video on my MakersMashup channel on YT using this probe. Its a great value.
