Got this for my husband because he spends a lot of time outside at work during snowfall, and his tolerance for cold weather decreases every year. He loves this vest. Half the time he doesn't even need to turn on the heating element because the vest itself is warm. The fit is true to size, it's lightweight so a good layer under a jacket when needed. So far it has been durable.

El chaleco en general funciona bien, al menos los dos días que lo probé porque era para un regalo. Lamentablemente lo tuve que devolver por tema de talla. No sé como evolucionaría la batería a medio plazo, porque he tenido problemas con las baterías con este tipo de prendas calefactables. Si hay alguien que lleve bastante tiempo usándolo y comentara el rendimiento de la batería, sería una información muy útil para todos.

Verarbeitung ok, könnte etwas wärmer sein, ist funktionell. Würde ich für das Geld wieder kaufen.

Kam zügig und gut verpackt an ; die Jacke ist federleicht, angenehmen zu tragen und ihre Funktion ist TOP !! Für alle Tätigkeiten im Außenbereich sehr zu empfehlen, macht sehr schnell angenehm warm , wobei meist die kleine/mittlere Stufe ausreicht. Zudem ist sie so dünn, dass man ohne Probleme eine andere Jacke drüber ziehen kann. Absolut Kaufempfehlung!

Die Heizspots ist recht klein und sehr weit oben am Oberkörper angebracht. Finde ich nur suboptimal. Auch ist die Heizleistung solala. Habe sie bislang aber nur einmal getragen bei etwa 0 Grad und etwas Wind. Alles in allem ist wahrscheinlich nich mehr zu erwarten bei dem Preis…

Prior to ordering this Loowoko gilet, I tried a couple of cheaper heated gilets whilst I was attempting to get a decent fit size wise. I wasn't impressed with their heat output or the sizing so returned them.This Loowoko gilet however is far better in providing a decent amount of warmth, and the elements heat up very quickly. The chest area is particularly warm and I find I only need the highest setting for a short while before selecting a lower heat. (1 of 3 settings). Obviously depends on the temperature around you and also how many layers you're wearing.It looks good quality too, so hopefully it will be durable.The only negatives for me would be the inside pocket that houses the power pack isn't quite big enough to fit other types of power packs that may be longer should you already have them. The provided pack is small but chunky and therefore if looking for additional packs, be aware to find the same dimensions to fit properly in the designated pocket.I haven't had time to determine the running time of the provided power pack, but it should be good for 4 or 5 hours if not on maximum.Also, the lights on the pads that operate the jacket are quite bright, so draws attention when on, and especially if driving in the car at night, but no big deal really.The Medium size for 40" chest and slim build is a very good fit. You need the gilet to be on the snug side to get the best warmth from the heated elements really.It's a comfortable gilet with waist adjustment cords too if needed.It would be nice to have other colour options, as I've only seen this one in black.Overall a nice looking gilet that performs very well.15th Feb 25 update:Almost 2 months on since I purchased this heated gilet, and I can still say I am very impressed with the heat output this gilet provides.It really is a comfort to wear on a very cold day, and I often have to turn the heat down after wearing it for say 30 mins.I would recommend a second battery if you want to wear it all day let's say, but for me, I only wear this with it switched on if It's particularly cold, as its a perfectly good unheated body warmer anyway.A good tip would be to only wear light clothing underneath, as this is where you will feel the real benefit of the heat output.Interesting to see how durable the heated elements will last.

Im unteren Rückenbereich kein Heizelement! am Nacken sehr angenehm, aber wenn alles gewärmt wird außer der untere Rücken ist das Produkt Unsinn.

Vest fits well. I use it while I am airbrushing on the patio at night. Heats the front stomach area and back. Battery is quite small and can be doubled as a phone charger. Has 2 USB ports. Micro SD for charging. It is a light vest that can be also used as a liner. The buttons are located in the front of the vest. When you press on it you feel like you are communicating to the enterprise in Star Trek. The buttons glow and pulse when activated. It makes me feels like I am a sci-fi character. Purchased the jacket for $55 cdn with coupon. Cheaper than an outdoor heater and more comfortable.
