Das Tool an sich ist sehr praktisch und funktioniert prinzipiell. Die mit mitgelieferten Schraubenzieher jedoch sind von katastrophal schlechter Qualität. Bei diesem Preis erwarte ich, dass ein passender Schraubenzieher inkludiert ist, der nicht mehr Spiel hat als Ravensburger und nach zwei Schrauben den Geist aufgibt.Leider hatte kein Geschäft in der Nähe einen passenden Schraubenzieher verfügbar, sodass sich das Vorhaben um Tage verschob. Und das nur weil ein paar Cent gespart wurden.Schade.

Ho acquistato questo adattatore nvme Sintech per fare un upgrade sul mio Mac del 2015, ormai ultra piantato dopo essermi informato e avendo studiato pro e contro di ogni possibile concorrente, tenendo presente anche un rapporto qualità prezzo adeguato.Il lavoro è stato importante e ha previsto la sostituzione del vecchio hard disk SSD (Blade) nvme M.2 Pci 3.0 x4 (2280) da 24 GB con un SSD Nvme da 2TB Intel 670PUsando questo apposito adattatore (poiché la forma degli Nvme Apple è unica e non si adatta ai normale nvme in commercio)Se avete intenzione di metter mano al vostro Mac verificate prima la serie e la compatibilità dei componenti. questi indicati sono specifici per i Mac del 2015-2017 dal 2017 in poi si possono usare dischi nvme più performanti (su google trovate ulteriori info googlando sostituzione blade mac e consigli sui componenti migliori da scegliere per il vostro Mac da upgradare che troverete poi qui su Amazon ai migliori prezzi)oltre i componenti sopra indicati necessitate di 2 serie di componenti di smontaggio e rimontaggio e una serie di adesivi per il display.Su YouTube trovate tutti i video che vi guidano passo passo all'esecuzione dell'operazione, si raccomanda una adeguata manualità e capacità di mettere mano a componenti elettronici (io sono un tecnico e quindi di queste cose mi occupo nella quotidianità) altrimenti meglio cercare un bravo tecnico che si occupi lui di rianimare il vs Mac.Posso confermare che dopo questa operazione il mio Mac ha ripreso vita, e probabilmente è più veloce di come fosse in origine con la sua piccola memoria M2 da 24 GB e il disco meccanico da 1 TB.Adesso ha 2 TB di disco che gestisce sistema operativo e applicazioni e altri 2 TB su un disco SSD SATA III dove ho messo Windows 10 e anche lui è una scheggia.Considerando che faccio editing anche di file multimediali, la velocità di elaborazione è importante e ora è davvero roba di attimi per ogni operazione anche in multitasking, eseguendo più procedure senza particolari problemi.Il benchmark del disco ha dato risultati di 3.000 MB/s in lettura e 2.800 MB/s in scrittura.Su questo HDD ho installato Monterey OS.il disco PCI 3,0 con la mia configurazione è arrivato a 3.000 MB/s in lettura e 2.900 MB/s in scrittura, con connessione PCI 3.0 negoziata a 8 GT/s, una bomba!(prima del lavoro negoziava 5 GT/s con il disco da 24 GB apple)Sono rimasto davvero soddisfatto di ogni componente utilizzato e con una spesa di neanche 250 euro ho ridato vita a un Mac che altrimenti era praticamente inutilizzabile (sul Mac del 2015 viaggia Monterey OS, la penultima versione supportata per questo Mac)Se avete bisogno di altre info, fate una domanda e vi risponderò volentieriHo scelto i prodotti più performanti/compatibili per il mio Mac e maggiore vita utile come TBW.Spero la mia esperienza possa essere stata utile, e resto a disposizione per chi avesse bisogno di altre info

Hab es in meinem iMac 2017 4K Retina eingebaut mit einer Samsung 970pro. Funktioniert hervorragend…nur eine längere Schraube, so wie verbaut, und ein Distanzring beiliegend wäre schön gewesen.

In early September 2021, I popped a brand new 2TB Adata XPG SX8200 Pro into the Sintech adapter and the pair into my mid 2015 15-inch MacBook Pro (MacBookPro11,4). The tandem worked beautifully until February 25 when the Adata drive's GUID partition became so corrupted the drive wasn't viewable to macOS. Fortunately I had a backup.In an interesting twist, I used the power-cycle method on the Adata SSD and was able to get it working again. My data couldn't be recovered from the Adata SSD, but I was able to erase and re-format it as an APFS drive again. Even though Adata provided an RMA under warranty if I want to send it in, I flashed my data back to it and am using the Adata drive as-is in the Sintech adapter again. I will follow up with Adata to see if they still want to see this drive as something caused it to fail; it may be the drive is failing, the Sintech adapter is dying, or maybe even the MacBook Pro sent some unkind juice?While the Adata SSD was briefly out of action, I popped a Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB into the Sintech adapter. The Samsung SSD seemed to work for about 12 hours, but the next morning the MacBook Pro was booting to the desktop and then automatically restarting on its own. The Samsung SSD was manufactured September 2021 and I tried to patch it with Samsung's latest firmware "Samsung_SSD_970_EVO_Plus_4B2QEXM7.iso", but this file said the Samsung's SSD was already current. Despite this ad saying that the Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB is compatible if running the current firmware, I didn't find this to be true. I also tried the Samsung SSD with another Sintech adapter I have (the stubby one for MacBook Air devices), but it didn't work. After all this happened, I decided to return the Samsung SSD as I seemed to have the Adata device back up and running again.Attached are Blackmagic numbers with the Adata drive and this Sintech adapter.** Update 5-28-2022 **I've been having problems with kernel panics and thought I had it figured out until today when I used a 10x loupe to look closer at the board and discovered several pins were lifted off. Just put it in the MBP with a P2 1TB Nvme ssd.Connected the Macbook with ethernet cable to the internet.First time I booted in recovery mode, it went on screen and tried to load Maverics. I made a hard shutdown pressing and holding the power button), I restarted and it found that BigSur is the latest OS by itself... Formated the disk and installed BigSur. No issues at all...I would buy it again...Speeds are ~1400 read and ~1380 write.

Unproblematischer Einbau in Macbook Pro Retina Mitte 2015.Externe Kopie der Original SSD mit SuperDuper auf USB-Festplatte erstellt, Adapter mit Samsung 980 eingebaut, von USB-Platte gebootet, neue SSD formatiert und Daten mit SuperSuper auf SSD übertragen. Die Samsung 980 wurde sofort als NVME-SSD erkannt und funktioniert, wie die Original Apple SSD.Das mitgelieferte Werkzeug ist vollständig ausreichend für den Tausch der SSD.

Ich war ein bisschen skeptisch wegen early 2013 Macbook Pro und sleep problem, hat aber super funktioniert mit dem Crucial P2 nVME SSD. Big Sur update bringt neues Bootrom und dadurch ist dieses Problem gelöst. Firmware update habe ich beim SSD auch gemacht.Der Adapter passt super, keine Probleme beim Einbau. Die Schnelligkeit hat sich auch fast verdoppelt ca. 1400/1400. Es zahlt sich aus !
