The best investment ever. It's just blends with the decorations in the room rather than being additional equipment in the room like other diffusers. It adds the vibe, apart from that great quality and it's easy to use, simply brilliant. I can fall asleep easily with having it on and it will turn off automatically during the night. Definitely recommending

Nightmare this item is cracking like a fire and have contacted the seller who has confirmed should be silent but is disinterested in resolving my problem, their product but just told contact Amazon , I do not have the packaging recycled it as appeared all ok initially.so unsure regards what happens now . So if you get a disfunctional item beware zen not interested.Update on the above, after several messages to zen and amazon and despite first contact received from zen when advising the noise and being told it should be 'silent'. I have now sent a video that they have seen, response , been told this crackling noise is ok and as it should be when in use!! conflicting info, I bought this as in use in a local shop , not on sale, so will go and check if theirs is noisy. so looks good but a noisy diffuser should have stuck with the supermarket £10 option !! due to this hassle and despite a final response still 1 star
