I've used the Trolly Dolly (a different brand of rolling bag) for a number of years when I go in to the office. I like the Trolly Dolly except it is a little too big for my needs. I then began researching other rolling bags on Amazon and I decided on this one.I've only used it for a week but I like it so far. I've had problems with degeneration in my spine and arthritis in my shoulders to where it's very painful trying to lift an office laptop case with 20-30 lbs of stuff and put it on my back. This bag is more compact than the Trolly Dolly. I like that it has a telescoping handle that you can push down when not in use. The wheels make it easy for me to pull my bag from my vehicle to the office. It's small enough to put through the metal detector machines and I think it's small enough to use as a carry on for an airplane. I think it would also be beneficial when traveling. You can roll it through the airport but it also has straps so that you could use it as a backpack in situations where rolling it isn't convenient. I haven't used the built in usb cord yet but it would be handy for phone charging.

I like the wheels (rolls over everything smoothly, even curb edges) and it seems to be roomy enough for a short trip. But it really could use solid side pockets to put bottles/mugs in. It has a flimsy mesh pocket that doesn't fit my commuter mug or water bottle. I really don't like mesh pockets; they're always too narrow and easily tear over time. My old backpack had good, solid pockets built into the sides big enough to hold them so I know this can be done.

Good quality, sturdy handle, great large wheels. Good number of pockets and compartments. Very pleased with the product. Good well designed shoulder straps too.
