Had difficulty operating the zips on my motorcycle boots, so thought that this would help lubricate the zips. It didn't make any difference, but subsequently it actually turned out to be a problem with the boots. I have however used the lubricant on the zips of my motorcycle jacket which are plastic, so hopefully this will help avoid zip failure which has consigned a couple of past jackets to the bin.
