Renovating a vintage property. Previous owners swapped original doors for cheap hollow wood doors. One of the cats managed to pull a piece of wood off the bottom. Another, bless her old kitty heart, got her head stuck underneath. Thank goodness I was in the room. This trim quickly solved the problem. Safe and looks great. No more kitten adventures in destruction. Or, old lady cats getting her head stuck. While in the middle of updates. Haven’t decided on style of door, so this was a great in the meantime fix.For normal use this would do well to keep cold air out. Cool ac air in. Great price. Easy to install. Solid rubber strip that appears durable.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💯

It was very easy to line up and get it in place to make sure you can drill the holes that were needed to put in the screws. It was very simple to cut the metal off, so that you could make it fit to the door properly.

I have a number of exterior storm doors that are 36" wide. This door sweep fit the bill perfectly. If you're attaching to an aluminum storm door you'll need to drill pilot holes for the screws. Excellent product and can be cut to fit with a hacksaw if necessary.
