I got this for winter riding on the rollers indoors, using Shimano 105 11 speed shifters and rear derailleur. Wanted to minimize wear on my wider range Sram cassette. I spent a fair bit of time fine tuning the limit screws, cable tension, etc (done it many many times) but could not get this microshift to play well with the Shimano stuff. Probably fine with micro shift shifters and derailleur, but with Shimano if adjusted to shift upward from the bottom of the cassette it would climb at the top, and was noisy in the middle. If tweaked to shift okay in the larger cogs, it would not climb out of the small cog--and was noisy in the middle. No sweet spot where the entire range of gears shifted properly. Different spacing I would guess.
