Shifts silky smooth with the match paired shifters and it looks good very quiet and no clunking through the gears

The pulley wheels are riveted on. You can't get the tension wheel off to get the chain through the cage. I had to cut the chain and put it back together. Otherwise the derailleur worked as expected.
