I have used it to obtain the same air pressure 200psi on my home made casting pump. I use the small cannon to cast a fishing line with hooks and lead from the beach. So the correct pressure is important to reach the same area each time and safety as the cannon is constructed from plastic pipe which is guaranteed to 220psi so yes it is working fine
