UPDATE 1/2022 - we use 3 of these phones and they all go through times of disconnecting multiple times per day.Voice quality is good! They charge on the phone base. No cords to untangle. We have only used them for a month, so I don't know about the long term durability. Oh yeah, NO CORDS TO UNTANGLE!
