This center console lock box is a great asset when I have valuables that I don’t want to carry with me when I valet park and it’s not noticeable unless you go searching for it. Installation was some what tedious due the the tight space.My only dis-like is the setup of the combination lock. When I the lock position, the numbers on the lock are upside down to the driver.

I recently purchased this Wrangler Door console safe box for my 2019 Jeep Wrangler, and I am somewhat impressed! This is an upgrade over the easy open unlocked console panel, and it has made a difference in both storage and security; be aware this is not a theft proof lockbox, but should stop most smash and grab thief’s by slowing their entry.Pros:Maximized Space: The design is perfect for my Jeep. The panel is great for holding small valuables out of sight, and the extra compartments are ideal for keeping my phone, sunglasses, keys, and other small essentials organized. It’s a great way to keep the interior of my Jeep clutter-free.Easy Installation: Installation was a breeze—took me less than 10 minutes with no drilling required! The drop-in and attachment method is simple, and the items feel secure even on bumpy roads.Premium Quality: These security container isa made from decent quality steel, and you can tell. They’re super sturdy, corrosion-resistant, and won’t deform like cheaper plastic options. They also add a really nice, rugged look to the interior of my Jeep. Just bought a new Rubi X 4xe & wanted a center console safe when we ride topless.Went to install and there is no way it was going to fit. I thought maybe it was the wrong model(jk), but no.The side walls were way too tall, about 1.5” too big.I’m going to just pay 2.5x more for the Console Vault brand, I had one in a previous vehicle & it was flawless.

I finally got it installed, but is there a trick that I can’t tell? I can’t see a hole for the key to go into to set my own code. Would really appreciate some help. ThanksUpdate: The safe I received was faulty, but the customer service was excellent!!!!
