Die Achse hat bei mir direkt auf das Fahrrad gepasst, aber für meinen speziellen Anhänger waren die Außenhalterungen leider nicht passend, scheinbar sind hier nicht alle größen Standard.

It is a solid product that helped me and my friends to drag heavy load without breaking, but has one weakness - there is a little ring holding a pin in its place, and it is too thin, tends to come off and be lost. I had to tape this spot with a transparent tape, so that 1) won't come off and get lost, 2) won't allow the pin to release itself. To make sure I will be able to finish any ride I bought the second piece that I will always have with me during rides.

Bei diesem Schnellspanner ist das Innengewinde der Spannmutter nicht maßhaltig. Es ist zu groß gefertigt, wodurch die Tragfähigkeit verringert wird. Außerdem verläuft die Bohrung nicht im rechten Winkel zur Spannfläche, wodurch die Achse zusätzlich unnötig auf Biegung beansprucht wird. Das darf bei einem sicherheitsrevanten Bauteil wie dem Schnellspanner nicht sein. Habe bereits einen Spanner deshalb reklamiert. Der Ersatz ist nicht besser. Leider kenne ich keine Alternative zu diesem Teil.

the craftmanship is excellent the ends fit my m-wave trailer perfectly only slight issue is that the lenght is a bit longer than the original skewers that came with my bike

DKT rechigne a faire le service après vente pour ce type de pièce ? Vous le trouvez ici et pour moins cher et plus rapide. Un peu différent de celui d'origine mais parfaitement fonctionnel.

Brought as a replacement to a different branded trailer, the old Edinburgh Cycles trailer long out of production. After scouring the net this was literally the only option I found anywhere using the same mount. Its identical to the original QR only much better quality finish, better engineered. Fingers crossed this is as durable as it look and survives another tour this summer (covid pending)
