Checked against our other two genuine Ninja frypans, it was obvious this was not a Ninja genuine frypan. I returned it in April - still awaiting my refund.

I love the Ninja brand. But seem they have started to use cheap materials atleast in the pan handles. Still overall works well.

I have been struggling with an aged unbranded saute pan for quite some time. It sticks every time especially when cooking burgers and rice and so I thought I'd look into getting a new one. The reason I had a saute pan is because of the depth which works well for chillies and bolognese, and the lid. I kept the lid which fits perfectly on this pan but comparing the old saute pan with this new frying pan the old one was only a bit deeper but the new pan has a larger base. I noticed this as soon as I cooked bacon, with 4 rashers sitting easily on this one rather than the 3 on the old pan.I looked up what was the best frying pan and this one came up top. I then watched loads of videos to see if this tallied up. There are a lot of people out there who get paid to convince people to buy things so I dug deeper. There are people that have had these products for over a year that have posted follow-up videos stating the pans are as non-stick as new. Consumer ratings coupled with the 10-year guaranteed convinced me to get this pan.I have to say the pan looks and feels quality, with a much rougher deep coating than others I have tried. The non-stick is superb and I have tried a number of things so far with bacon, eggs and rice all leaving no cleaning whatsoever with no or minimal oil used - so a healthier option. Cooking is just so easy using this pan, and cleaning up is an absolute doddle.I am so impressed that I have just ordered a saucepan to boil rice, as the stainless one we have was sat with rice stuck to it as usual. I eagerly await not having to ever wash up the pans again. I'm going to be looking at further purchases of Ninja products as a result of the great quality.Only time will tell if this keeps up the superb cooking experience. I am now using silicone utensils on it and hope it lasts. If I get 10 years out of it then it will have been a bargain.
