Habe die Achse für mein Cowboy E- Bike gekauft. Passt perfekt. Man muss dann jetzt nur darauf achten das man den Schlüssel immer mit hat, wenn eine Tour gemacht wird. Sonnst steht man da nachher, wenn mal eine Panne haben sollte. Also absolute Empfehlung.!

I ordered the '125mm' one, to fit a 122-125 width. The sizing is slightly confusing, as my front wheel hub width is 12x100mm, but the sizes stated are of course for the actual axle and of course the width of the bikes forks will vary, so you will need to measure existing ones carefully to make sure its not too short.They fit down to the size small than their actual length by use of a spacer washer (2 different thicknesses included) so if required this can make the head stick out a little bit - and the head is not as low profile as perhaos the OEM ones, so they might look a bit more chunky, if you would even notice.Otherwise it is well finished, states the torque on the head, though to torque it up you would need your own correct sized security Torx bit to fit your torque wrench - it comes with a Torx security key/tool to fit it by hand though, which you will need to keep (and carry with you if you might need to remove your wheel on a ride, to fix a puncutr for example) so there is slightly extra faff in that regard. The tool has a key ring on it so you can attach it to something so you are less likely to loose it. But there is the risk of loosing it or not having it with you, and not easily being able to remove the wheel - which is its purpose of course- becuase its not a standard hex.On the security front, this would deter or slow down passer-by/opportunitst theives and drunken yobs, but its not impossioble to remove without the special tool, but you would need varied small screwdrivers and some patience and luck (or the right sized security Torx bit of your own!).The axle is also solid alloy, not hollow like most OEM ones, so it does weigh a little bit more but not enought to notice once fitted on the bike.Overall, good as a replacement axle, or if you have to lock your bike up and worry some opportunist will try to take the front wheel or some youths for a prank. Saves having to lock your front wheel to the frame, or remove it and secure with the main lock (whihc leaves your forks dragging on the ground getting damaged.

Make sure you order the correct size when choosing one of these as I'd ordered the wrong one.It's not gone to waste though as I have given it to a family member.They've said it was simple to fit and once on adds an extra level of security. It prevents wheel theft and prevents thieves from making off with tires.It's strong and robust and will stop any opportunist taking advantage of clip bars on modern bikes.

J'ai déjà utilisé des axes antivols pour roues, sans difficulté : globalement ce sont des axes munis d'embouts qui nécessitent une clé spéciale pour les monter/démonter.Ici, l'objet est très beau du point de vue matériel, l'usinage est splendide. Mais je ne comprenais absolument pas comment on pouvait le monter sur une roue. Le diamètre de l'axe est beaucoup trop important pour la roue de vélo de route (un vieux mi-course méchamment vintage) auquel il était destiné, et il n'y a pas d'écrou correspondant à l'autre extrémité de l'axe.Visiblement, je me trompais sur l'utilisation de ce produit. J'ai donc posé la question sur le site du fabricant qui m'a répondu très rapidement, avec des photos (je joins l'une d'entre elles). L'axe est donc adapté pour des types de fourches bien spécifiques, qui comprennent directement un filetage, dans lequel l'axe viendra s'insérer.On ne peut donc pas remettre en question la qualité du produit, mais il faut savoir (et cela aurait dû être précisé) qu'il convient à un type limité de configurations.

My husband has used this so I am reviewing via his word of mouth.He said that it was easy to assemble together and works well. Feels secure and does as intended. Has had no issues so far in its use time
