This pizza oven is AMAZING! I will not lie, I screwed up my first 2 pizzas then had to rewatch a few YouTube tutorials and I feel like im an expert! Assembly was very easy, kind of heavy so always have someone with you to protect this treasure! Heat level does go up to 950 as advertised. I haven't used gas yet, I tried with oak wood and some coal, taste came out great i dont know if ill do gas. The window stays pretty much clean, I found that if you use less wood, less of the black gunk sticks to the gas! Overall this oven is a beast! Very versatile!

Look at the add carefully. They don't tell you you'll need to buy more stuff to make it work.

Love it. Have already used it numerous times and have only had it for a month. You have to be careful if you are using high temps and dont have experience. I find that using gas at about 600 -650F works great, and is forgiving enough to not result in a bunch of burned pizza.

This is a wonderful product. But, it took an excessively long time for it to be delivered (please don't use UPS), the shipping box showed evidence of rough handling (scuff marks, deep abrasions, etc.), and one of the pizza stones was broken. It is a heavy product, but I wish it had been handled better in shipping, and now I have to wait until the pizza stone is replaced before I can start to use it.
