Die Verpackung war zum einen demoliert und zum anderen waren bereits Versandetiketten aufgeklebt, die halbherzig wieder runtergerissen wurden. Für ein Geschenk geht das gar nicht.Außerdem haben die beschriebenen Einsätze innen gefehlt. Hab das auch bei einer anderen Rezension gelesen und gehofft, dass das nur einmalig war bei dem. Leider nein. Ging also zurück.

My case came without the pod holders and customer service sent me a brand new case the very next day! Can't beat the service. Very happy with all of itUPDATE: OK, I hate to do this but I got my new OUTIN case the next day but I didn't have the chance to open it til a few days later. Same problem. No Nespresso pod holder. I think having a human being helping is at times better than some bot. If anyone is reading this out there plz send me the missing piece. I give up on the CHAT approach.... if anything, it's a great little product
