I'd give this a no star review if I could! Not properly non-stick, even when oiled, and the dough spread into the adjustable bit so when the loaf wouldn't come out I couldn't even expand the tin to easy it out. Ended up digging the bread out and returning the pan. Don't bother

I was so excited to find this pan. The exact size I need for baking my Danish rye bread. I have had to use two small loaf pans, but this size is perfect. Even though it claims it is non-stick, I heavily oiled it, and yet when baking was finished the loaf would not come loose. The attempts to dislodge the loaf,caused the bread to badly crack and the outside to pull away from the center!! My smaller loaf pans (Wilton), with little to no oiling, allow the bread to immediately slip out. What a bitter disappointment. The description should not claim non-stick, since that's untrue.

This was the right size for a decent size loaf of sandwich bread. I purchased in March of 2017 and have used it multiple times a week. Almost immediately the non-stick coating chipped off on the inside corners. Now it has just chipped off everywhere and is coming off on my bread. So into the trash it goes. I am back to looking for another similar pan either without any coating or glass. Such a disappointment.
