While that may be true, for smaller churches on a tighter budget, this PTZ camera by Tongveo can accomplish what those expensive ones do but at a more affordable price. I wanted one that had a Power-Over-Ethernet (PoE) LAN port so it could be powered over the same cable that transmits signals. I also wanted the option for USB-C and HDMI connections in case I wanted to output a video signal with hardly any lag—perfect for those who want to transmit to local TV monitors, such as in the church lobby. This camera has these and other ports to suit your needs. For those who don’t have another program to control the camera, the web interface it comes with is amazingly easy to use and very responsive. The instructions that came with it are easy to follow, and if you need any help, I'm pleased to say that the support team at Tongveo responds immediately to any concerns you email them about. This was a pleasant experience compared to other companies, where getting help can be a frustrating and time-consuming process.Overall, I am extremely pleased with this camera, and the company has exceeded my expectations in both product quality and customer support. If you're looking for a reliable, feature-rich PTZ camera that won’t break the bank, the Tongveo PTZ camera is a smart investment for any small church or budget-conscious organization. Very satisfied with this full-featured PTZ camera purchased at an affordable price. It gives excellent image quality with available light, and very low noise even in low light conditions. The sturdy build quality and attractive design make it a pleasure for me to set up at conference venues for multi-camera shoots feeding HDMI signal into my ATEM extreme ISO. I had no problems using long HDMI cables (75 foot fiber optic HDMI). The IR remote is very intuitive and well laid out. The onscreen menus are logical and easy to navigate.I've been shooting on mirrorless cameras on tripods for so long I didn't fully realize the amazing convenience of PTZ cameras. This camera has shown me the light of PTZ efficiency so much so that I got a controller (which you can see in my photo) and a POE switch too. The interconnect was very straightforward and the settings for networking the controller to the PTZ camera was clearly documented in the user manual included with the camera.When I had questions about sharpness settings and the POE power consumption rating, I got immediate and very helpful response from the Tongveo / Tenveo support team. They were very knowledgable and clear.I fully recommend this camera and company -- especially if you are outfitting a studio or venue etc. for multi-cam switched production with a 1080p switcher like the ATEM mini / extreme etc. I have already recommended these cameras to a client of mine who then purchased four of them for his music production studio allowing him to sell a new service offering -- multi-camera video capture -- to his musician customers who love to document their recording sessions. How else could he provision a 4-PTZ-camera studio with an ISO recording switcher for under $3000 total? These cameras by Tongveo / Tenveo are a serious enabling technology for this use case.Since writing my review I purchased two more of these cameras and looking forward to adding them into my production studio.

At first I was a little skeptical to purchase this camera due to the name Tongveo but decided to give it a try per our friend's recommendation. This camera is super easy to set up and basically plug and play. I tried it on Zoom, OBS and both detected the camera flawlessly. Picture quality is amazing with crystal clear image, low noise and surprisingly good in low light conditions. Pan and tilt is another plus for this camera; smooth, quiet, sturdy image with fast auto focus. I'm currently using remote control to control the camera for now and very happy with it, may be the PTZ controller will provide smoother operation. I have no problem to purchase another camera if needed. Btw, the design is very slick as well.

We bought the camera for my church’s board and it changed everything. The TONGVEO All-in-One System Bundle is definitely not the cheapest but for the quality you’re getting, it’s worth it.The camera is strong and works well. It makes meetings better with its good picture quality and smooth movements. The best part is using the remote control which made it even more better to use. There are lots of buttons but so far, we’ve only had to use some of them and we’re learning what the other buttons do.The set up part took only a few mins so if you’re not a technical person like us, that won’t be a problem as you just need to plug it in to the computer with no additional softwares required. Overall, great choice!
