Ist sehr leichtes dünnes Material. Der Stoff ist aus gutem Material und für den Winter auch leicht zu entfernen. Nur die Regenabdeckung funktioniert nicht wie abgebildet. Man bekommt sie nicht so gespannt, dass das Wasser abläuft.

Die Pergola ist recht einfach aufzubauen und hochwertig verarbeitet.Ich hatte ein Problem mit einem Einzelteil was ich ersetzen musste, ich hatte Sonntags den Support angeschrieben und erhielt noch am selben Tag eine Antwort inkl. Problemlösung.Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.Der Kundendienst ist sehr gut schnell zu erreichen und

Aufbau und Lieferung waren einfach und ohne Probleme.Leider erfüllt das mitbestellte Schutzdach nicht seinen Zweck. Das Regenwasser bleibt darin stehen, der Stoff hängt durch und irgendwann tropft das Wasser auf die Markise.Nach Reklamation konnte das Problem gelöst werden.

Sehr gute Qualität, einfache Aufbau ca. 2,5 Stunden mit 2 Personen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Wir haben den Pavillon zu viert aufgebaut. Alle Teile waren gut bezeichnet, so dass man kein Teil verwechseln konnte. Wir haben ca. 5 Stunden zum Aufbau gebraucht. Er steht stabil.Ein Mango habe ich trotzdem. Das Dach wird mit einem Gurt aus-und eingezogen. Leider ist das als kleinere Person unmöglich. Man braucht schon viel Schwung zum Einrasten der Dachstange. Leider gibt es bei Wind laute Geräusche bei der Dachbewegung im offenen Zustand.

Die Pergola an sich ist schön und einfach aufzubauen. Wir haben uns bewusst für diese Pergola von Purple Leaf entschieden, da wir dachten, sie hätte ein vernünftiges Schutzdach für die Stoffbahnen. Leider sammelt sich bei Regen schnell Wasser im Schutzdach, weshalb wir einen Stern abziehen. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit der Firma verlief schnell und freundlich. Man ist uns entgegengekommen und hat uns einen Preisnachlass gewährt, sodass wir einen eigenen zusätzlichen Schutz installieren können.

The only real problem with this product is that it needs a way to strap the sliding tarp system back and leave it back. You are supposed to unlatch it when not in use but in the winds it slides back and forth. In strong winds this tarp goes crazy and in either mild wind or strong winds some how the screws keep coming out of the poles that slide into the tarp. It is irritating becuase you have to hunt for the bolts and I should have used thread lock on them. During the winter months I took some parachute cord from the hardware store and tied it off thinking that would help. Nope it still worked it’s way loose and lost one pole and screws on each end of it.If you use good concreted anchors the structure stays prettt strong and doesn’t move at all. Rent a good hammer drill to do the job. I used wedge style anchor instead of the screw in kind becuase they are better product for this.This is what it looks like after small wind storm. No way to hold it back unless you tie it off. Well it should come with some kind of latching system or double sided Velcro to hold it in place when it is closed.

Revised to 5 stars:We reached out to the company and they offered to send us a new canopy. We happily accepted and the canopy came quickly.Original:My husband and I set this pergola up ourselves with little issues. As others have stated, it is best to lay out all the pieces first to make sure you have everything, and then read through the directions once before starting. The pergola measured perfectly for our space, and it looked really nice except the canopy had a tear. I looked at where my husband opened the box, and it was along the corner so it wasn't from him. There weren't any holes or marks on the box either, so it wasn't from transport either. We put it up anyhow and will fix it later. You will need to secure the poles as they are really light, but that's not too tough. Overall, it looks really nice in our yard, but the cut shade is disappointing.

The aluminum parts are very thin and apparentley dent very easily. I recieved 11 dented pieces in the package. This was not shipping damage, lots of the dented parts were in the middle of the box. So I can't comment on assembly or anything else at this time. Putting all the damage aside, the pergola looks like it would have been very nice. I will update on outcome.*UPDATE*I changed my 1 star to 4 stars because Customer service was very responsive and they made everything right to my satisfaction. Assembly was strait forward, but you will need a helper. The pergola looks great!

We recently did a complete backyard remodel and our Purple Leaf pergolas/ sunshades pulled our whole look together. Originally, I bought one (grey) thinking it would be helpful to have some shade cover, but after putting it together (easy), it was just gorgeous as a structure to define our, otherwise, wide open back yard. So we loved the look and the shade. Anyhow- we ended up buying 3 more! Wide open when you want the sun- easy and smooth to close the canvas top when you need shade. (I’ll try to add a photos with the shade closed) It has made our yard feel like we have a whole new set of rooms ! Also- we had a small issue with a few posts where the color didn’t match and the Purple leaf representative was amazing at helping me out, super fast to respond and sent the replacement parts I needed at no charge and delivered in a few days./ totally recommend!!!

I love, love, love this pergola!I read all the reviews and expected it to be a lot more difficult to assemble. I spent 3 hours the first night putting all the pieces together while I watched tv. The 2nd evening we did the assembly. The hardest part was getting the 4 posts upright and the sides connected. Once the frame was up, finishing the assembly was easy. It would not have been that difficult had we had 1 more pair of hands. It was only the 2 of us trying to raise the structure.The shade is exactly what we have been needing since the deck was built. We also bought curtains to hang from one side for additional shade.There were a total of 3 holes that were punched but did not have threads, but my husband had a tool that he could use to create the threads. Purple Leaf was very responsive and they were checking the inventory to send a replacement part, but we repaired it before they could check so they ended up giving us a small credit for our trouble.
