Ich nutze den 45-Grad-Hyperextension Rückenstrecker aufgrund meines Flachrückens – und bereits nach der ersten Anwendung waren meine Rückenschmerzen nahezu verschwunden!Die stabile Konstruktion, die verstellbare Höhe und die bequeme Polsterung machen das Training angenehm und effektiv. Besonders gefällt mir, dass er sich platzsparend zusammenklappen lässt.Jeder Cent hat sich gelohnt – absolute Empfehlung für alle mit Rückenproblemen!

Easy to mount, sturdy, just you your own wrench. I researched a lot and had the following demands. Sturdy, cheap and room for male parts. I was a bit hesitant that no feet support existed but looking at expensive models it does not exist there either. And behold, it is not needed. Feet is very staple. Very happy!

didnt take long to work out all the places where the bolts went, the instruction manual was a breeze after it was put together now feels strong, no give in the frame, no creaking i feel it can hold my 17 stone weight

I bought this roman chair to aid in my physical rehabilitation of my lower back, and so far it has worked great for me and my needs.It comes unassembled with each part individually wrapped. The nuts, bolts, and washers are also packaged in separate bags that are labeled. All parts needed to complete the build were included in the package I received. Instruction manual was straightforward and easy to follow. I assembled it solo, which took around 30-40 minutes. I would recommend using your own wrench if you have one though, as the wrenches included are thin, making it a bit tough to handle.The size of this roman chair works for me. I’m a male, around 5’9”-5’10” in height, and weigh about 155-160lbs. At the lowest height adjustment, the pads reach my upper quads, so I’m not sure if this particular roman chair would be easy to use for those who measure shorter in height without getting creative. Perhaps it could be possible to put something under your feet to combat this, but overall it works fine at my height without the need for additional equipment. Despite this possible negative for some, I appreciate that this particular roman chair has two separate pads with a gap in the middle, as it’s ergonomic for the male anatomy. This was one major reason I decided to buy this one in particular, as those with a single pad with no middle gap is uncomfortable for me.The quality and build for this roman chair seems durable. I’ve personally used it two times now, putting it through a variety of exercises, and it feels sturdy throughout each position and movement. It’s still early on, but it appears it’ll hold up for a while.For storage purposes, this roman chair is also great. There’s a pin you can pull out connected to the front leg, and it folds right up. For those limited on space, such as myself, this is an amazing feature to have. It makes it easy to store away somewhere when not in use without taking up nearly as much space as it would if it were stuck in one position. Additionally, it’s fairly lightweight, weighing in just a little over 20lbs, making it convenient to move around if needed.Overall, this roman chair was easy to assemble, works with my anatomy, holds up through the exercises I need for my physical rehabilitation, and stores nicely in my space when not in use. I’m happy with my purchase😌🙌🏽

Eigentlich ist das ding ganz Ok, aber bei mir haben die Beinpolster gefehlt.Ersatzteile können anscheinend nicht nachgeliefert werden, und das Teil wieder abbauen, und zur Post schleppen ist mir jetzt auch zu schade. Dafür dass Amazon das Paket danach wahrscheinlich eh direkt in die Tonne schmeißt. Ich kleb jetzt halt ein bisschen Leitungsisolation um Die Rasten herum.
