Simpelt och enkelt inga rörliga delar, akumulativ åtdragning istället för torniqering. Inte så stort eller fumligt.Det är inte osannolikt att du kommer lyckas med denna om dy tyvärrligen behöver den i min amatörmässiga åsikt.

Das Produkt ist wie beschrieben. Gute Qualität.Allerdings erfährt man erst nach dem Kauf, dass das Produkt aus Israel verschickt wird. Es wurden 10€ Zollgebühren fällig. Darüber muss der Verkäufer im Vorfeld informieren!

Other tourniquets may be faster or easier one handed, but few work on young children. This is a well made TQ that serves its purpose very well. Very satisfied!

There are other tourniquets that are easier and quicker to use.

I bought this as a piece of my range kit, because the thought occurred to me last time I was out that I didn't have anything like this, in case a situation could occur (like a bad ricochet). I saw this produced in an EDC video by Mike the cop, and noticed that it's small and very packable design along with its functionality wold be perfect. I have tried this on myself just to practice and familiarize myself with it, to find that it is every bit as easy to use as they said, and equally as effective. In the future, I will probably purchase more to keep in my vehicles.

I bought two of these tourniquets for starters, one for carry, and one for practice. I will be buying more of them to round out my vehicles and my ready gear. I served as a USN Corpsman back in the 80's-90's, and actually have some experience with tourniquets. This is one of the best designed I have ever seen or used. The ease of being able to use this one handed is unrivaled in my opinion, and can and will save your life on the unfortunate dark day that you need it. While no longer in the medical field, I have been a concealed handgun carrier for 23+ years, and consider a tourniquet to be an important part of my everyday carry equipment (not every plans to get shot, but it does not hurt to plan ahead). I highly recommend the RATS tourniquet for anyone that feels the need for a first aid kit, or anyone that carries a gun professionally or personally.
