I bought the transducer because the description said it would work with my unit. Got it in a quickly and timely fashion. No complaints there but it will not work with a axiom 7 DV so I sent it back September 27th still haven't received my refund. Starting to get a little agitated. Had no problem taking my money but are damn sure slow about giving it back. So for all looking at this seller and transducer you must know if you have a axiom 7 DV you must purchase the cpt100 or 90 transducer for it to work with a DV unit.

Just installed the unit in my boat. Great hardware and clips come with it and long cable. Get it up to my unit and said it would work with my unit axiom 7 and hard no!! It works with the pro series for the regular you need the adapter p/n A80490 which they don’t state to go from 9 pin to 20 pin. Needs better descriptions on it. Otherwise I’d give it a full 5.

Says it works on a Axiom unit but it is false advertisement Axiom unit I have is 9 pin and transducer is 25 pin and no cable adapter is made per tech support at Ray marine.I did not find this out till after my one month return was over and now I have a $ 350.00 boat anchor.

This is a great transducer from what I saw on Raymarine's website. Problem is I bought this for my Axiom 7 DV because the information states it will work on any MFD. Well it does not directly plug into the back of the Axiom 7 DV. I ordered a adapter cable that on of the reviewers claim will work but it is the wrong adaptor. Looking at the picture I supplied the adaptor on the right has the exact same end as the transducer cable so you can not plug it in. The other end of this adaptor is also the same end as on the back of the Axiom 7 DV, so you can not plug a female end into another female end so to speak. I am waiting for information from Raymarine for the proper adaptor. I now suspect this transducer might not work on the Axiom 7 DV. I am not sure.
