These Winterhoff friction pads were a good price and arrived after a few days, as per the delivery estimate. Unfortunately on delivery, an envelope was posted through the letterbox, I realised without opening it that it was flimsy and empty, at this point I photographed the unopened envelope. On opening, the manufacturer's packaging had arrived, with instructions/labelling but no friction pads. Another quick photo and an email to customer services sorted this out and a replacement was on it's way, arriving next day. Marvellous.So, the friction pads. With the help of the included, straight forward instructions, a hammer and parallel punch, the old friction pads were removed and the new ones installed in just a few minutes.Result, much better hndling and less rattling of the caravan on the tow ball. What's not to like?

Wie zu erwarten...Top! Der Wohnwagen ist wieder stabil, man sollte aber mit dem Austausch nicht so lange warten bis er schlingert...

Der Einbau war kinderleicht !Und war in 5 min erledigt .Aber fast 50 € ist schon happig für die 2 fünfmark Stück grossen Dinger.

Nachdem mir ein anderer Lieferant Beläge von Knott, die lt. Beschreibung auch auf die WS 300 passen sollen, geschickt hatte, diese aber doch nicht passen, habe ich schon an mir selbst gezweifelt. Obwohl das nicht das erste mal war, dass ich Beläge getauscht habe. Diese hier passen perfekt. Reinklicken und zack... fertig. Super !!!
