Before delivering we were asked if we wanted engraving. While we did not, it was nice to be asked. We received the case and found the wood lovely. There was a extra little something in our shipment. We were so please with the first that we ordered as second larger watch case and again were contacted. Thank you, we love the case and can't wait for the next one.
