volevo testare questo obiettivo conscio dei pro e contro che avevo letto in alcune recensioni tratte del web. molti youtuber lo confrontano col viltrox 75 f1,2 del costo di circa 600€, preferendo evidentemente il secondo per la luminosità ed il prezzo che pare sia più o meno equivalente. in realtà io l'ho preso ad un prezzo parecchio inferiore a quello di listino e devo dire che sono rimasto favorevolmente impresionato. ottima resa, generale, bello sfocato, leggerissimo (sta benissimo sulla xt20 a differenza di tanti altri obiettivi più grossi e pesanti di questa fascia). sfruttando la stabilizzazione della XH1 è ancora più interessante. Difettucci ottici palesi non ne riscontro (considerando che sono il tipo che certe cose se le va a guardare), resa cromatica in linea con i miei gusti (classic chrome "scolorito" tendente al freddo per foto ambientate, Nh per ritratti). unica cosa antipatica è l'obbligo di acquistare la dock samyang a parte per l'aggiornamento del firmware, ma al prezzo che l'ho preso io ci può stare. ah, dimenticavo l'autofocus: veloce e preciso in AF-S, non eccezionale in AF-C ma ho scattato foto di volley indoor ed ho portato cmq a casa degli ottimi scatti. In definitiva consigliatissimo

Kurzzusammenfassung: Vor 2 Wochen zum Testen bestellt - Ich werde es behalten.Sieht an der XT-20 super aus, ist leicht und kompakt und macht trotz Plastikbauweise einen vernünftigen Eindruck.Der Autofokus ist treffsicher und flott, bei schwierigen Lichtverhältnissen etwas schlechter, aber das kenne ich auch von anderen Objektiven auf der XT-20.Der Modusschalter hat keine Funktion beim Fotografieren, man kann über den Ring den Fokus steuern und mehr nicht, auch mit der Lensstation kann man da nix verändern, es ist noch kein Firmwareupdate verfügbar Stand 08.24.Zur Bildqualität: Die Schärfe ist bei Offenblende gut, wird abgeblendet sehr gut. Das Bokeh ist bei ruhigem Hintergrund gut, kann aber auch etwas unruhig werden bei vielen Details im Hintergrund.Außerdem kommts mir ein bisschen empfindlich vor bei Gegenlicht, das muss ich aber weiter testen.Soviel zur nüchternen Beurteilung.Insgesamt bin ich nämlich ziemlich begeistert vom kleinen Samyang Objektiv. Die Bilder haben Charakter, sind farblich stimmig und knackig von der Schärfe und die 75mm sind eine tolle Brennweite an APS-C.Wer ein leichtes, kompaktes und günstiges Portraitobjektiv braucht: Ich finds klasse.Eigentlich 4 Sterne. Angesichts des Preises 5 Sterne.

Para mí calidad precio fantástico.Estuve viendo distintas alternativas y comparándolas en la red y no era mi favorito.Pero aproveché una oferta muy buena y no me arrepiento pena absoluto.

Wirklich ein tolles Objektiv. Meine Überlegung war erst entweder das XF90mm f2 oder das Viltrox 75mm f1.2 zu kaufen. Durch Zufall bin ich auf das Samyang 75mm f1.8 gestoßen. Da ich schon sehr zufrieden mit dem 12mm f2 bin, habe ich mich dann dazu hinreißen lassen, es zu bestellen. Erhalten habe ich ein tolles, aber vorallem leichtes Objektiv, welches meine Lieblingsbrennweite abdeckt. Die Schärfe ist sehr gut und auch der AF funktioniert ohne Probleme. Angenehm ich auch der recht kleine Durchmesser vom Gewinde für Filter. Im Vergleich zum 90mmf2 oder dem 75mm Viltrox, welche beide richtige Klopper sind im Vergleich und die ich für den Preis des Samyang nicht mal gebraucht bekommne hätte, bin ich sehr zufrieden. Passt sehr gut auf meine XT30. Da ich rein aus Leidenschaft fotografiere und nicht das absolut schärfste und beste Objektiv benötige, zusätzlich auch weiß wie anstrengend es sein kann, auf einem kleinen Body ein schweres Objektiv montiert zu haben, kann ich das Samyang nur in höchsten Tönen loben. Hätte es noch einen Ring zum Einstellen der Blende wäre es perfekt. Das funktioniert bei Fuji zum Glück aber auch über den Body sehr leicht.

Preso usato su AMAZON e consegnato veloce, con custodia rigida, paraluce, tappo ed imballaggio originale. Francamente indistinguibile dal nuovo. Lo uso su Fuji X-Pro3 e X-T30: 259 grammi, 74 x 70 mm le dimensioni, qualità ottica di medio/alto livello. Esprime il meglio a 5,6 ma anche a 1.8 risultati sono più che discreti oltre a produrre uno sfocato gradevole. AF veloce, discretamente silenzioso e preciso, non ha ghiera diaframmi ma questi si impostano con la rotellina anteriore dei bodies. Non ho la "lens station" per gli aggiornamenti ma francamente non ne sento la necessità. I veri plus sono leggerezza e dimensioni, che ben si adattano alle mirrorless che fanno della compattezza il motivo principale d'acquisto. Il peso complessivo di X-T30 + 75/1.8 è di 650 g.

I used to have a Pentax 70mm f2.4 and loved that focal length with the aperture plenty for my travel and family purposes. So, 75mm with f1.8 is close enough and since Fuji doesn't want to offer this lens I am grateful to Samyang! I was very excited to finally get my hands on this lens. For the most part I have not been disappointed.It's light, it's compact. But also well built. The lens hood can be a little tricky to reverse mount, but it's fine - better than some much more expensive Fuji option at least!IQ is great and lends itself well to portrait, because at f1.8 it is still a little softer, but in a flattering way. Before sharpening up very nicely by f2.8, hitting maximum sharpness across the frame at f4. Rendering is nice and works very well with the classic chrome, classic neg and nostalgic neg Simulations. Bokeh is good enough, but not the stand out feature. You need to be aware of the surroundings - if there's a lot going on in the background (crowds, foliage etc.) if can look a little nervous. In many ways the image quality reminds my of the 35 1.4 or of a vintage lens. Sharp, without being clinical, and has abberations very well under control. Testing agains the 90mm f2, this lens cannot keep up in terms of sharpness, responsiveness, or bokeh. But it's also half the price and size. However, for the whole package it's certainly a worthwhile addition and I prefer it overall to the original 56 1.2 on my x-t5. So a reason for me to keep both the 90 and this lens.One negative is that the AF can hunt a little at times if changing from far to near. It's not really a sports or action lens, so I think it's a bit unfair to complain too much about that. But it can cause delays in grabbing the shot.Another negative is that the custom button does nothing in stills mode. Only in video mode do you get to use the ring for either focus or aperture. Hopefully this will change with a firmware update.Which leads onto the other bigger negative, that you cannot update the firmware or fine-tune the AF and MF behaviour without the optional lens station. Which isn't cheap.The last negative therefore is the price. With the lens-station, full price you will pay €560+. And the elephant in the room: the Viktrox 75 1.2 costs less than that, and obviously offers more for your money in many ways. But it's really intended for other purposes and is big and heavy. 3x heavier almost than the samyang and takes up a lot more room in the bag.So who is this lens for? My purpose is travel and general everyday photography, where I might slip this in a sling together with a 33/35 or 23 for a lightweight, portable kit. I also have the 12mm AF which is also a very good lens when stopped down especially. So for me the lens station makes sense. I was also lucky to find an open box example of the lens + lens station for €380.With the Sony version (worse design, no weather sealing) selling for €299 or so, this lens really needs to fall in price to around €350, but certainly below €400. At below €400 this lens with a functioning custom button for stills, this lens would get 4* from me. At the current price, 3*. I have to say I love the lens, but I did pay €200 below retail which shows to me how important price is to this particular lens.I'm considering also buying the Viltrox 75. But that will be to replace the 56 and 90 and specifically for portraits. The Samyang is a great alrounder that I know will come travelling with me regularly!
