This is a quality kit about it. Sea to Summit makes fantastic gear, but it does not come cheap. However, as with all the Sea to Summit gear I've ever owned, you do get what you pay for. The only thing that makes me nervous about this is the pot just because I've never used a silicone collapsible pot before but clearly they know what they're doing and it works amazingly well. Love this.

Sea to Summit Frontier Ultralight Collapsible One Pot Cook SetI finally got around to using these in the campsite, and they're absolutely great. The kit has one pot, two bowls and two cups, and a pot lid, and it all nests down to a very very small form factor. The bowls are plenty large to double as plates, and the cups are perfect coffee size. The pot is very large. All the parts were quality made, but the pot had poorly trimmed silicone around the metal edge. Still super cool and I love this set. Really great.

I am not sure if there is a better option for a more packable or lighter weight full pot, bowl, and cup package than this.The quality of the Sea to Summit Ultralight Collapsible One Pot Cook Set is exceptional, like many of the other Sea to Summit products. I have been using a Sea to Summit collapsible cup and bowl for many years and the quality of this cook set is just as good or better than the products I have used in the past.For someone like me who does a lot of group camping with family and Scouts, I find this product to be very useful, allowing me to boil large amounts of water or even heat up soups/dried meals quickly and without a large usage of limited packing space. For a solo backpacker, this set would be a bit heavy, but when use between 2-4 people it is great.There are few cons that prevent this from being a perfect product. You need to be careful not to turn the burner up enough to heat outside of the intended area (clearly labeled and marked on the bottom of the pot). Because of the larger pot size, I have found that many small backpacker stoves that attach to the top of the fuel bottles are are too small and don't support the pot well. Also, the handle of the pot is quite heavy, to adequately provide support when moving a full pot, but this makes the product weight more and makes the pot tip over when the pot is empty. The handle can also get very hot if attached when heating up the pot. I already had a pretty decent lightweight backpacking cook set, but it occurred to me that my set is over 20 years old now, and technology has certainly moved on. This hybrid aluminum/silicone pot is amazing - it takes up considerably less space in my pack than the old set, the pot holds more, the handle is more secure, and it does almost everything the old set did in less space and weight.The only area where the old set might be considered superior is that it includes insulated mugs. These collapsible silicone cups won't hold heat as long and don't protect your hands as well from hot drinks, but I haven't found them to be a problem and again they're way more compact.I was nervous about the silicone's ability to handle heat so I gave the pot some tests at home, both on my regular camp stove and on my Jetboil. I remembered afterward that the instructions say to use low or medium heat and I had both burners on full, but the pot still held up fine. I did have the water up over the lower metal part so the metal-silicone interface wouldn't overheat so easily. You certainly wouldn't want to let this boil dry and I expect the higher the water level is, the more protected it's going to be.
