You simply can not go wrong with any Shimano branded bike parts. This BB is easy to install and the bearings are of very high quality. I have nearly 10K miles on my current BB and it is not even beginning to show signs of wear. Very durable and smooth spinning.

Bottom bracket was good, but the packaging had been opened and the spacers were missing. Now I have to order spacers separately to get the right chain line.

Bottom brackets are one of the major sources of creaks and other noises on a bike. If you cross creeks/ streams regularly, your BB is going to wear out….fast. Cheap fix if you buy the tools you need to do the job. My LBS is great, but traffic here in ATL keeps me from going. Fix it at home instead.
