It’s a good product noticed imitate change is water quality. There’s a few grips but nothing crazy1 water shoots out of pressure release valve.2 no mounting screw for bracket. You will need wood screws and a washer. Also will have to build a support in wall as too big for single stud.3 no filters with kit.Small but things that get all added several thousands of dollars in property value due to decreased wear on appliances.

I order to filter housings and one of the pressure relief valves leaked. (So 50/50 chance of getting one that works) I contacted support because I had to shut down water for the house until I found a solution, but support was not responsive. I went onto you tube and they recommended tightening the phillips screw, which worked to stop the leak but then it was so tight the valve no longer works as pressure relief. Next day support got back to me. When I explained about the pressure relief valve they asked twice, "do you mean the little red button?" They don't even know how to answer a simple question. Just get the one without the pressure relief valve and when you want to change filters open a faucet to relieve pressure.

Seems to be a nice unit. Was simple to install. inclusion of some mounting screws would have been a nice touch. I installed it to filter bore water for my pool, so the install is a bit rough on my part but the unit seems to do the trick. Nice clean water coming through and no leaks from the housing. The ‘O’ ring is a little flimsy and could be more robust. Given the price it’s a pretty good unit. I am happy with it.
