The board works as advertised, as long as you don't expect it to handle analog inputs. I'm submitting this review because I discovered something I wanted to share. I got the board to make a button panel for flight simulator. It worked as expected. I got 16 total buttons to program: 12 regular buttons, plus the 4 POV, which work just like regular buttons. Well, Flight Simulator has a lot of functions; 16 is nice, but wouldn't 32 be nicer; I wonder if another would work. I got another and the 4 pov's worked fine, but it appeared that although Flight Sim recognized them as separate boards, the new buttons apparently interfered with those on the first board, and the result was I got only 4 more buttons. Well, I wondered, what if I got a different brand of board; would they also interfere? Then, I thought, this board has a jumper to change it to "analog." It's not really analog, the way I understand it, and it has no real function that I can discover. What, I thought, if I short the MODE/(home) jumper; would that trick FSIM into treating the buttons separately? Wishful thinking, I know, but it works! I now have 32 buttons. I am attaching a photo of the board. I haven't programmed all the buttons yet. The toggles require 2 buttons apiece, and if you count, you will see that there are 2 extra buttons. Those 2 at the bottom right result from too enthusiastic drilling combined with a couple of extra buttons. They're INOP.

it works as intended … wish it had a manual because the photo given in the shop page isn't 100% correct had to rewire it while hot during a test in Tekken 7 to get the buttons correct and the labels don't actually help as the button setup is either a, b, x, y or circle, triangle, x, square not a, b, c, d … not saying I wont buy again but would like a more detailed explanation on how to use it other than check the internet or a redirect to a photo....

Used this to replace a broken pcb on a madcatz stick. I only use for pc, so this was perfect. Nice kit, easy install works perfect with no input delay. Price is great.
