It was bigger than I expected but I just missed reading the dimensions. It ended up not a problem since it can hold so much of my cross stitching supplies. I can even fit a one of those plastic embroidery floss organizer container in it if I really wanted to.The color was as I expected. I got the purple one. I love it. Such a great color too.I love all the pockets and the elastic holders for my scissors, pens, etc. It works well for all my stitching needs.The bag has held up well in the 9 months I have had it and I have even traveled with it several times. Easily fit in my suitcase too.Definitely would buy again if I ever had a need for a second.

It can hold so many items! Great for traveling and keep organized! Bag is well made. Zippers are strong. I have no complaints! Crafters will love it too..

I’m okay with the bag. I probably wouldn’t purchase yyif I had to make the decision again. I could use a few more compartments and I wish it were a little bigger. It doesn’t have spaces for certain items like the instructions. This is mostly my fault. I should’ve chosen a bigger bag with more compartments. As for durability, it seems pretty durable so far. But I haven’t had it for long. I think it would be better for travel if it also had a long shoulder belt. As for now when, I take it with me, it can be a bit cumbersome if I have other bags that I’m traveling with. A shoulder strap would free up my hands.

Gift for long time embroiderer who hugged it to herself, repeating "I've wanted one of these but not sure if it would work... I love it!" over and over. Whew! It fit several projecs in progress, including a good sized table runner, as well as all necessary tools and equipment...and still light enough to be everywhere! Well made and sturdy, sharp looking and comfortable to carry...everything organized and easy to find...and well priced as well. Yes!

My daughter loves her cross stitch storage bag in her favorite purple color. The bag has lots of different places to keep her supplies and current projects. Now, she can take her cross stitch with her when she travels or it’s just handy when she’s at home.
