The outer bag was ripped but that must have happened in shipping or customs. That stuff is tough plastic so there was a lot of force to do that kind of damage.Fortunately, the inner bag kept everything in place.I would not fault the manufacturer for the horrible handling by the goofballs that deliver or inspect these products.All the connectors are good with no bent pieces despite the rough handling.
