For anyone who uses a silicone mat for baking will know the benefit it brings, particularly around the bread not sticking especially once it is cooked. This is a variation on that in that it is designed to be placed in a bowl. Intended for bread that needs sides to stop it spreading too much (e.g. sourdough) this lets you put the mat into the bowl and then lift it out once done.I've only used it once so far and it worked fine, but I've got a slight issue around how useful it is... given the way it fits in a bowl it only protects two sides, so if the mixture is a bit runny and leaks on the sides it's not going to do much to stop that sticking.

I love to bake all kinds of things, and these are a game changer. I have lost track of how often I burnt myself getting the loaf out of the Dutch oven, but no more. This is one of those simple things in the kitchen that once you get it you wonder how you ever survived without tit before. Well worth every penny of the price, if you bake grab a set yesterday it'll change your baking life.

I like to make small to medium sized sourdough loaves in a large caserole pot, what you might also see called a dutch oven. I preheat it until as hot as my oven can get, and it always spooks me to lower the gentle dough in when its so hot and deep. These silicone sheets are thin enough to allow good heat transfer and long enough to allow good control and careful lowering. I've used them about 10 times now and been very happy. I wouldn't say there is a lot of range of size in this set, but its nice to have them all just to get all the options covered.

Utilisé dans le fond d'un Air Frayer. Malgré qu'il soit noté qu'il résiste à + de 200 degrés, mon air frayer ne va pas jusqu'à de telles t°, il présente des traces fondues ! Ne résiste absolument pas à la chaleur.
