This pack of 10 pine boards arrives in an easy to recycle plastic bag. The boards where just as I'd hoped, a decent size, nicely prepared, lightwight and very dry. Each being around 3/4 quarters of an inch thick.All factors which means the board will break easily and safely if hit correctly. What's also nice about this wood is it's moderately splinter free and well sanded.Which also makes it great for making models with. Either before the wood is kicked or after, it's perfect for dolls houses, dioramas and model railways. Another positive with this is the price, at just under 12 quid (at time of order), you get an large quantity of wood.

These boards are made out of a lovely wood. They were certainly well made. However my 11 year old went through them in a couple of minutes with proper kicks and punches, each one splitting first try.So as good as they are it felt like a bit of a waste to go through so quickly. He used the half pieces to try and punch again, some worked though obviously this isn't what's supposed to be done, and we kept some of the left over wood to do some crafts with.Overall, good quality and do their job well, but one punch/kick on each and that's it really.
