Ich habe keinen Vergleich zu teuren Geräten. Ggü einem einfachen Laser-Kollimator, den ich vorher hatte, ist dieser hier besser in den Einstellmöglichkeiten (Kollimieren des Kollimators) und hat eine etwas bessere Passsform, zumal der eigene 1,25 Zoll Adapter beiliegt. Ich bin also wirklich sehr zufrieden.Für die Kollimation des Gitterdobsons nach dem Aufbau ein sehr gutes, genaues Gerät.Der Laser ist nicht in der Helligkeit einstellbar. Wers braucht, für den zur Info.

It is common to check collimation of the laser collimation once upon arrival.It was slightly out of collimation at first but I got it to a reasonable collimation after adjustments.The first red flag I encountered were the little screws changing "tightness" when tightening the others.However I thought it was just a quirk and moved on.Upon trying to further refine the collimation, something weird happened with the screws when trying to tighten it. It suddenly became very loose and the collimation was way off. Whilst trying to fix it, one of the screws fell into the casing, which made the device unusable, the laser was also not visible anymore even when turned on. I knew these things were somewhat fragile but I don't consider the force that I put into that allen wrench (even with the leverage) to be a lot, apprently i was wrong.Yes it works,But, you have to collimate the laser collimator itself as well.And, the laser collimator might break during collimation.For 30 bucks and a reputable brand, the quality of this device was disappointing.

I was disappointed to find that this was out of adjustment when it arrived and it took quite a while to calibrate it in a home made jig. Otherwise, well made and would have given 5 stars if it had been properly calibrated by the manufacturer before it left the factory. It came with a 2 inch to 1.25 inch adaptor which was a bonus.
