メディカルポーチが必要になり購入しましたが、掲載写真と違う商品が届きました。掲載写真では、赤い紐が環状になっており、片手でも容易に中身を引き出せる仕様ですが、届いたものは帯状のベルトが2本真っ直ぐに付いています。片手で1本づつ引っ張ると、2枚めの写真の様に、真ん中のベルクロが剥がれず引き出せません。1秒を争う場面では致命的だと感じています。使用するタイミングまでに交換も間に合わないため諦めましたが、非常に残念です。その他にも、装着するためのバンドも写真と違うようです。

Dislike. Small size it comes with a board on the inside meant to strap things but anything you strap to it isn't going to stay dry in a sterile pouch. It's not water tight and I didn't expect it to be but it's size prohibits any kind of water proof pouch. It's impossible to open without two hands.If you want tazmanian tiger gear buy the back packs. They are awesome. This isn't. You could just get a cheap pouch and slap on your pack with a small drybag of first aid supplies and the results would be the same.

Decided to try and find a flatter IFAK coming from a Condor Large EMT rip-away. It's strange, this one looks to take up so much more space, yet it's only slightly slimmer and holds less. I can barely fit a flat H&H and chest seal on one side of the insert and a 4" israeli, quikclot sponge, NPA, and rolled up gloves on the other. Worst of all, it's not really one handed accessible. There are two tiny tabs sticking out and even if you pull hard on one the velcro will not release. You need both hands and even then the velcro holds strong. I can't imagine having to do this when actually wounded or injured with only one arm available. The construction is very good quality, but I can't see this ever fulfilling the purpose of a trauma kit. It's going to be relegated to being a camping first aid pouch.
