visually, these are beautiful headphones. physically, they seem good quality. the sound quality is pretty good for the price. it’s not the crispest sound, but it’s really really good for the price.

The T-fun NC50 headphones have a great sound and are comfortable to wear. Battery life seems to be very good. They are exactly what I was looking for!!! I am very pleased with the delivery speed and the price!!!

t-funIn headphone-loving circles, and especially if we’re not talking about the upper end of the market, these T-Fun headphones are already quite famous for being among the best budget ANC-equipped over-ear headphones. So naturally my expectation was already pretty high before I received them :-). I’ve ordered them mainly for my wife, to potentially replace her ageing Bang Olufsen Beoplay H9, but in our household I’m the audiophile, so I’ll write the review myself.I know it’s not fair price-wise, but I’ll be comparing these mainly to my Bose QuietComfort 35 (wireless with ANC) and Bang Olufsen Beoplay H4 (wireless without ANC). However in our household there are probably dozen headphones, from some children’s wireless Belkin, wired children’s JBL, my old wired Bowers Wilkins P3, to many in-ear headphones under or around the 50 EUR price.After unpacking the headphones from a really nice box I was surprised mainly by two facts – I was expecting them to be a bit less chunky, and I was put off by the super strong synthetic smell. Like with any new headphones I started by connecting them to a device and letting them play some bass and treble heavy music for about 12 hours, to break-in the diaphragms. Typically headphones start playing a bit better after such break-in. Unfortunately the smell didn’t get away during this phase, and it didn’t get away in a week since then…Regarding the sound, I was initially pretty disappointed. Naturally, as I’ve written, I invest into sound and like a great sound (by that I don’t mean bass heavy and treble heavy… but delicate, detailed, full). I listen mainly to jazz, modern folk, electronica/alternative, blues, rock. But from time to time you can hear me listen to Dr. Dre or Chemical Brothers. The headphones without EQ modification, as they came in the box, sound very midrange-heavy, with emphasis on upper bass, and with quite poor deep bass and treble, which causes the soundstage to be very limited (it appears that most instruments are close to the middle of the “virtual” sound field in your mind). I then installed the T-Fun app, and started playing with custom EQ. To my ears and my musical habits, these sound best with the typical “U” shape, that has lowest point at around 250 Hz, and highest points at deepest bass and highest treble. Just don’t overdo it, because then the sound “breaks”. With such EQ and at 2/3 volume (playing from an iPhone) the sound is good. Not excellent, not very detailed, but perfectly acceptable for me — I can listen to hours to all my favorite albums, and enjoy it.The sound is however positively overshadowed by many other great aspects of these headphones. The battery life (incredible), signal stability, customisation options in the app, completeness of the package (case, adapters, cable…) or subjectively a nice design that also punches higher than the price would suggest. All that for a truly great price. So, in the end, even though I was inclined to give them 4/5 stars, I’m giving full 5 stars.The highest problem that remains, and has probably not much to do with the price, is the synthetic smell. We will keep putting the headphones to the windowsill and I will see… in case it won’t never get away I’ll update the review and take down a star.Positives+ Great packaging, feels like a premium product+ Decent design, multiple colour options+ After playing with EQ in the app you can get acceptable sound+ ANC works reasonably well+ Adapters and cable included in the package+ The voice confirmations are well recorded and non-disturbing+ Button press and headband extension mechanism both feel nice+ Looooong battery life+ Great Bluetooth stability, easily 10 meters with limited visibility+ Pretty solid app, with many optionsNegatives- Strong synthetic smell. So strong it didn’t get away after a week near an open window- Very midrange heavy sound with exaggerated upper bass, limited soundstage- Large and relatively heavy- Not suitable for small head- ANC struggles with impacts/vibrations (while walking, for example)As said above, excellent for the price, and not bad even when compared to 6x more expensive headphones.--Note: I received this item for review as part of Vine programme. However I would have never ordered something I don't need to use. I also pay for the shipping forwarding to my country. Der Kopfhörer macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck und lässt sich sehr gut tragen. Ich hatte Probleme mit der Installation der App T fun . Der Tipp vom Service: VOR der Installation als 2. Sprache Englisch auf dem Handy zu Installieren, dann das Handy auf Englisch umzustellen und die App zu installieren ,und danach das Handy wieder auf Deutsch zurück zu stellen war die Lösung des Problems . Der Geruch der Ohrpolster der am Anfang sehr unangenehm war verschwindet immer mehr, aber das Material ist gut.

Me he llevado una muy grata sorpresa con estos auriculares. Ya había intentado comprar alguno de este rango de precio pero los acababa devolviendo por falta de calidad. En cambio, estos dan una sensación totalmente distinta.Los auriculares son de plástico, lógicamente, pero tienen un tacto muy agradable y se ven bastante robustos. Son suaves y cómodos, las almohadillas son agradables tanto en la cabeza como en las orejas.Vienen con una bolsita de transporte que es más que suficiente para meterlos en una mochila o llevarlos en la mano.El sonido es muy aceptable, no se pueden pedir peras al olmo pero suenan muy bien, y más contextualizando con el precio. Lo mismo con la cancelación y modo transparencia, los dos funcionan bien.Incluyen el cable de carga, además de cable Jack y dos adaptadores.En resumen, es imposible pedir más por este precio.

Ich habe die Kopfhörer bestellt, weil ich schon länger auf der Suche nach einer Alternative zu meinen älteren Kopfhörern war und mich vor allem die 65 Stunden Akkulaufzeit, sowie das Hybrid-Noise-Cancelling neugierig gemacht haben. Das umfangreiche Zubehör, inklusive Flugzeugadapter, hat mich zusätzlich angesprochen.Positiv:Die Kopfhörer kommen in einer hochwertigen Verpackung und machen einen soliden Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung ist für die Preisliga durchaus überzeugend, und die Passform ist angenehm, auch wenn sie etwas größer ausfallen.Was die Klangqualität betrifft, war ich positiv überrascht – nach einigen Anpassungen mit dem Equalizer in der App hab ich einen ausgewogenen Klang mit gutem Bass und ordentlichen Höhen herausholen können.Besonders praktisch ist die lange Akkulaufzeit: Auch nach mehreren Tagen in Gebrauch war der Akku noch nicht mal zur Hälfte leer. (Das erinnert mich ein bisschen an die Handys aus den Nullerjahren, die akkumäßig auch locker eine Woche lang hielten.)Die Bluetooth-Stabilität ist außerdem überragend – auch bei größeren Distanzen bleibt die Verbindung stabil.Negativ:Einige Punkte muss ich hier leider doch auch anführen. Der Geruch der Ohrpolster war anfangs sehr unangenehm und verflüchtigte sich nur langsam.Die anfängliche Soundqualität (vor der Equalizer-Anpassung) war etwas dumpf und bass-lastig, was den Klangraum stark einengte.Auch ist das HNC zwar effektiv, aber nicht perfekt – bei Erschütterungen merkt man mitunter, dass es an seine Grenzen stößt. Zudem wirkt das HNC-Benachrichtigungssignal etwas störend, da es die Musikwiedergabe kurz unterbricht.Besonders erwähnenswert:Was die Kopfhörer besonders auszeichnet, ist mMn. das hervorragende Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für einen moderaten Preis erhält man nicht nur eine lange Akkulaufzeit und recht brauchbares HNC, sondern auch eine Vielfalt an Zubehör, die ich sonst nur bei teureren Modellen gesehen habe.Der Flugzeugadapter ist ein nettes Plus für Reisende, und der USB-C-Ladeanschluss ist praktisch und zukunftsfit.Fazit:Die Kopfhörer bieten für ihr Preissegment eine beeindruckende Leistung. Trotz kleinerer Schwächen, wie dem anfänglichen Geruch und den HNC-Einschränkungen, überzeugten sie mich durch ein gutes Klangbild (nach der Anpassung wohlgemerkt), eine erstklassige Akkulaufzeit und praktisches Zubehör.Für Puristen und Soundfetischisten sind die Kopfhörer eher nix, aber diese Klientel klickt hier doch gar nicht erst drauf. ;-)Wer keine audiophile Perfektion erwartet, sondern solide Alltagskopfhörer mit moderner Ausstattung sucht, ist mit diesen Kopfhörern sehr gut bedient.Ich denke eine Sternenbewertung mit 4 von 5 Sternen ist für diese Kopfhörer fair.
