Bought this nice little kit as a Christmas present for a family member who has had one from this brand before and loved it. I can't really comment on it myself but the result of their other kit was lovely.Unfortunately this arrived shoved into one of Amazon's iconic cardboard envelopes along with other things I had ordered instead of being put in a proper box, and was therefore almost completely crushed. Thankfully there doesn't seem to be anything inside breakable, but you'd think such a thin little box costing £15 would deserve protection when being shipped. If not how close it was to Christmas, and the fact it's being given to someone who may not mind as much, I would have asked Amazon for a replacement. Shameful packaging by Amazon.

This was a gift for my mum who is an artist at felting all sorts of creatures. Before I bought this I read the reviews, I felt like I was taking a risk when I bought it. But I knew no matter the quality of wool my mum would make it look good… And she did! It was a brilliant gift and she said the wool was good quality. So I suggest if you’re interested in buying this, take the risk and ignore the bad reviews. This is easy and a relaxing project for beginners too. I’ll attach some photos of the outcome, birds are definitely her forte.Love,A proud offspring
