Die elektrisch nichtleitenden Minus Pad Basic Wärmeleitpads basieren auf dem Minus Pad 8 und wurden für bessere Wärmeleitfähigkeit und Kompressibilität optimiert. Sie eignen sich für SSDs, Grafikkartenkühler, GPU-Wasserkühler sowie elektronische Bauteile wie Spannungswandler und RAM.

Die Wärmeleitpads bieten eine gute Wärmeleitfähigkeit mit geringerer Kompressibilität. Sie sind einfach in der Anwendung und dank ihrer elektrischen Nichtleitfähigkeit besonders sicher für elektronische Bauteile.
Erhältlich in verschiedenen Größen und Stärken
Erhältlich sind sie jeweils in den Größen 100 × 100 mm und 120 × 20 mm sowie in Dicken von 0,5 mm, 1,0 mm, 1,5 mm, 2,0 mm und 3,0 mm. Passend für die jeweiligen Anforderungen.

These thermal pads are thick. great for bridging the gap of M.2 SSD and a metal bottom cover of a laptop. Functions great.

I have used TG for a number of years and they have yet to disappoint me. These thermal pads are easy to use, help with cooling, and in some cases for me help limit vibrations as well as heat xfer for HDDs. I have used these on Mobos, CPUs, GPUs, SSDs, HDDs, and more. These have good adherence and there are different thicknesses if you need thicker or thinner, even though you could stack these but I am not sure if that would cause issue. I replaced all the pads I have for my SBCs and m.2 enclosures. These are thick and great for replacing old pads.

Once again, Thermal Grizzly provides another excellent product at a reasonable price. These thermal pads are very high quality and are very easy to work with. They cut to size easily and keep their shape better than any brand I've used. I've never been disappointed with a Thermal Grizzly product before, and this is just another example. I get their products for everything that I need. If you need to replace pads on an aging GPU these or the more advanced versions are the best you can get, and they aren't even the most expensive. When I replaced the stock pads on my 3080 ti, I got a 7-degree improvement instantly, so they work well and it's definitely worth considering something like these if you are experiencing any throttling or higher than normal temperatures. Officially recommended.

Another solid Thermal Grizzly product with exceptional thermal transfer, and the perfect size for either NVME/NGFF drives, or GPU VRMs & memory chips. They are very dense pads, while maintaining its flexibility/squishiness providing for the best possible outcome to shape itself for a perfect fit when pressure is applied. Yes the cost is a bit higher than the usual price for your typical thermal solution, but you certainly get what you pay for in this case. Expect to see a temperate decease of at least 5c if not more.

High performance, high quality, perfect sized thermal pads. From GPU to VRM these are the pads you want. Pick your size and replace those old garbage units with what is arguably THE best TIM company on the planet today's thermal pads. These are top value. More expensive that others? Yes. But in this case, you get what you pay for.
