I had a number of these labret studs in my basket, different karats and metals, and prices. I opted for the cheapest. As I'm new to nose piercing I'm cautious of causing irritation and had been buying more costly pieces, but needed something smaller for work... and skint! I popped the stud into my existing implant grade titanium labret and it fits perfectly, no skin irritation, very neat, and an absolutely perfect solution on a budget.
