Does the job, easy to use, it does however take a lot of space to store with all the different components and is not easy to clean: the white container turned grey in the dishwasher, very strange.

Works perfectly, it's sturdy and I'm happy with it. In fact I bought two, one for someone as a gift and then later for me. Fits the larger blocks of tofu too.

I finally bought this product after using kitchen towels followed by a heavy object to place on the tofu for a makeshift press. The amount of kitchen towels needed became such a nuisance to clean. This press works great! So simple and I love that the spring doesn’t rust
