Up until now we have used the standard type cameras for our meetings with the camera sitting on top of the monitor. The result has never been very good and the sound quality poor. This Toucan unit allows everyone around the table to be seen and clearly heard - a vast improvement

Initially I had a small issue with connecting to the speaker. In my available devices it showed but wouldn't pair as it kept saying that it can't connect due to an "incorrct PIN"? After two further attempts the speaker showed twice, once as a device and again as a headset. When I paired with the headset the speaker connected immediately.Once paired this little speaker has very good quality audio both for incall and for playing music. It is ideal for a gathering of people using it as a conference phone and is very good for audio playback so one can listen to one's favourite tracks whilst working or simply chilling out.The only negative thing with this speaker is that it requires mains power and that is not a good thing with the current energy crisis with prices expected to at least double again over the next six months or so. There are similar speakers on the market that are USB rechargerable and they perform as good if not better. Due to energy costs many will be watching every watt of energy used to try to reduce energy bills so for some this might not be an option but for those that don't mind adding another devices to their mains electricity as long as it uses low wattage then this is a very good speaker.To get the best value from this speaker I would advise that one uses the USB Ports to charge his / her Smart Phone(s) and / or one's Tablet so one is utilising the energy that is drawn from the mains rather than wasting it.The speaker is solid and will take a fair few knocks without any damage other than cosmetic. It's well built, the audio quality is crisp and clear and it's excellent at producing 360 degree sound. The microphone works well and picks up voice with the same 360 degree coverage as the playback does.I am recommending this speaker as it is as good as a high end conference speaker , it performs well, will last a long time and it is good value even when considering that it draws it's power directly from the mains.
