I bought 4 pieces of these stair treads so my wooden stairs would be non skid. I purchased the black and it looks great with my grey coloured stairs. These are also washable, they dry very quickly and looks brand new after every wash.

I go these to cover the bottom stairs in our terraced house as we have recently removed the old carpet and not only is the wood a bit slick feeling but it is cold under your feet.The actual carpet pile is quite scratchy and not at all plush feeling. However, as this is a high traffic area I think this is probably much better as they will be much more durable. The design on them is actually pretty nice with a sort of sculpted effect to the diamond pattern. The back of the tiles is a white rubbery sort of feeling "textile" which is protected by a plastic film. Once the film is peeled off it does have a vague sticky feeling to it, not like adhesive has been applied but in the way that fidget balls often have.The carpet pieces themselves are about an inch longer than than the width of my stairs. They are designed to be cut to size but the extra piece is so relatively small I didn't bother. I just put the tape down, peeled the backing strip off the tape and then laid the carpet tile down - I tried to centre it so the little bit of extra that goes vertically at the side of the stairs would be even. Worked surprisingly well and saved me the agony of trying to cut a straight line.You get a roll of double sided tape with which to affix them to the required area. The tape itself is very sticky on the edges and took some releasing from it's plastic bag. It appears to be like a woven tape once you have removed the backing and certainly seems to hold the carpet pieces in place very nicely. I used 3 strips, each about an inch short of the width of my stairs and now the tiles have been down for a couple of days they are really well adhered.

Die Sendung beinhaltete nur vier Stufenabdeckungen, daher ging sie zurück. Die qualitative Verarbeitung ist aber nicht zu beanstanden.
