I tried to buy these at a big box store, and they didn't have this size. Strange, the cover was for a standard bathroom sink drain. So, wasted time shopping. I ordered the covers from Amazon, and they fit perfectly. Good job.

I would happily give ten stars if I could! From the pictures and description, I was wondering if it would be too flimsy for my liking. However, once snapped together the ring is sturdy and a perfect fit for around my 3" PVC drain. The color is also a perfect match to standard white PVC that you get from any hardware store. It was very easy to fit around the pipe, then snap together for a perfect finish where the pipe enters the wall! I was half expecting that I'd be disappointed and would have to return this item. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, color, size, and sturdiness!

I'm remodeling a basement room and the natural gas pipe run lower and further away from the duct work than I'd like to include in the soffit, so I'm leaving the pipe exposed. This pipe cover worked perfect to snuggly fit around the pipe, clip it together, and scoot it up against the wall. It covers the drywall gap around the pipe and looks professional.The trick to clipping it back together seems to be giving one side a little twist to get the "puzzle pieces" to line up. Practice on the ground before you put it on the pipe a few times and you'll see what I mean.Great value, works well, and looks good.
