We got this for my youngest daughter, who was having some trouble keeping track of chores, homework and routine. The set comes with a few blank paper chore sheets, and as you complete each task you flip the slider to "check" it off. We have three that we rotate through for her. One for her regular daily chores, and some individual ones for special days when she might have practice, or a special event. She loves how the board looks, and feeling accomplishment when she flips the tabs to show they are completed. These boards would be great for younger children, or anyone who enjoys a cute visual for tracking tasks.

My teen picked out this Vspek Memo Checklist Board but I definitely think it’s geared more towards younger children, she just thought it was cute. It’s a handy little tool to keep on top of organization and would be a good chore chart for children. It is small but convenient and can fit practically anywhere.

Full-disclosure time again: I am not a child, nor am I a parent of one. I asked for this item for myself because the physical "Yes/No" or "Done/Not Done" slider appealed to me and I needed something to help me not forget whether or not I'd done certain tasks. My memory isn't the best these days — resembling Swiss cheese more and more as the months go by — so I thought I'd try this item out to give myself a little more help, y'know? It's certainly a cute little thing, and obviously meant for children to use — or for parents to use *with* their children — but so what? If it helps me check things off my list, so what if it's cute!?Anyhow, you slide one of the fourteen included cards into the holder after filling it out with things you need to do. There are ten spots corresponding to the ten sliders on the list holder, as well as spots for "Target", "Reality," "Encourage andreward" [sic], and "Punish."Now, the cards don't *have* to be disposable. You don't need one a day. Maybe one for each day of the week, so there's a Monday-Sunday schedule of sorts (I can imagine a younger child benefiting from a list including things like getting dressed, doing schoolwork, brushing their teeth), but that's up to *you,* naturally. Once you run out, cut a blank piece of paper to size and you're good to go.The pre-printed cards could use a little work, if you ask me — the "Encourage and reward" needs a space, for starters — and the English seems a little rough — odd choice of words here and there — but you don't *have* to use the cards at all if you don't want to. Maybe just use them as a guideline...? A stencil so you can cut your own paper to size?Again, not a parent, but it *feels* to me as if listing a "punish"[ment] for a younger child presumably not doing enough of their daily tasks, or not doing all of them, is a bit of negative reinforcement that's, well, too negative... I can't say how I'd react if I were under ten years old, but having a punishment looming over my head if I don't do what's expected of me...? Yeesh, that's a bit... Less than ideal, let's say.All in all, I think you're paying for the holder more than the slightly-misprinted cards. I also think that price is a little high for my tastes, but I'm not going to fault the product for that when it a) works, and b) might go on sale in future.I think if you can pick this up for under ten bucks, and it'd be helpful to you/your family, why not?Either way, 5/5 stars, it's certainly helping me! Pretty hard to forget about the cute bunny planner. God forbid the thing should suddenly break or fall apart, I'll update my review to reflect the durability.

I have ADHD, so sometimes even the most simplest of tasks can be hard to remember. Before, I would have systems to see if they would work such as sticky notes, and even an app. However, there is something about have a physical task board in front of you to help with those executive functioning skills. Please, it doesn't hurt that it's cute right? Here's the breakdown:Pros:- The aesthetic fits right in with my home. It isn't something that sticks out like a sore thumb which is nice.- I like how it comes with multiple papers so you can edit things as you wish. Some other versions of this were dry erase which might be good but if I accidentally smudge it, I would get mad to rewrite it and then I probably wouldn't use it.- It has helped with remembering those tasks at the beginning and end of the dayCons:- The complete/not complete toggle is a bit stiff, it takes a bit to switch it over and there are times I am afraid I could break it, but it doesn't - so maybe its just my fear.- I do not like the wording on the left side of the task sheet and ended up crossing it out. It might be fine to some but it is a bit bothersome that it is there.
