Has a lot of features but falls apart easily and not easy for a 3 yr old to play with.

Got this for my 6 year old and she loves it. Simple to build and setup, advanced enough for me to feel like she's learning something. I helped her with the first one and she's managed to 'transform' it to the other options a few times on her own. Way rather see my kids playing with toys like this instead of an iPad.VTech makes a quality product and this robot's no exception to that rule. Already ordered a second as a gift for my nephew, which I'm sure he'll love as well.

Some may not engage with this, some will. With the different configurations, young minds can be stimulated as they use their imagination to get the most out of this conquering and transforming monster machine.If over long term use, my feelings change about this product, I will update this review. My son finds it to be fun and annoying at the same time. The robot cannot turn on its own and it does not come with any controller. The only way it can turn is by picking it up and manually changing its direction or by locking a small drive wheel on the bottom into a turned position that makes it go in a circle.

My 9 year old was able to put this together on her own and figure out how to transform it to the different modes. My son loves to run around the house and play with it in his own well and they regularly set him up to roam the house while the robot vacuum is going to have a "battle" this has been endless hours of screen free play for my kids while still using technology.
